Key Responsibilities:

• Assist passengers with reservations, ticketing, and check-in processes.
• Provide accurate information on flight schedules, services, and travel policies.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with ground and in-flight teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a high level of service quality, representing both Emirates Airlines and Travel Saga.
