Weekend Experience Host – Dubai Part Time

We’re seeking a energetic Guest Experience Ambassador to support our vibrant portfolio at Sunset Hospitality Group, based at our Dubai Marina head office (2306 Marina Plaza, Dubai Marina).

Role Overview:

As a Weekend Guest Experience Ambassador, you’ll work Friday and Saturday evening shifts to welcome guests, assist with check-in/out, answer queries, and ensure our venues (hotels, beach clubs, dining and nightlife venues) reflect the warm, dynamic and inclusive spirit of the organisation. You’ll coordinate with front-of-house teams, engage with guests in person and via digital channels, and act as a brand ambassador—making sure every visit is seamless and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet arriving guests, verify reservations, guide them through check-in processes, venue entry or club admission, and direct to relevant areas.
• Respond to guest inquiries (in person, phone or messaging), provide information about facility offerings (restaurants, nightlife, beach club experiences).
• Support guest flow, table seating, queue management, and assist with minor guest-service issues (lost & found, concierge liaison, etc.).
• Uphold the brand standards of Sunset Hospitality by embodying the mission: “to be the leading international hospitality group for extraordinary lifestyle experiences.”

• Work closely with security, front-of-house, and event teams to ensure venue readiness and guest satisfaction throughout the shift.
• At end-of-shift, complete a summary report of guest interactions, feedback or incidents and communicate to the weekday team.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident, friendly and professional.
• Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or front-of-house roles is preferred but not essential.
• Availability to work weekend evenings (typically Friday & Saturday, 18:00–02:00).
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, lifestyle-oriented environment that includes nightlife and social zones.
• Able to stand for extended periods, navigate busy venues, and maintain composure under pressure.
• UAE labour permit & right to work (as applicable) or eligibility for part-time contract.
• A team-player with a strong service mindset and a genuine interest in lifestyle hospitality.
