Job Summary

Zahr Freighters seeks a meticulous Warehouse Officer to oversee daily operations at our Dubai facility. The successful candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, accurate documentation, and seamless coordination between warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Maintain precise inventory records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory counts
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and warehouse protocols
• Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to optimize delivery schedules
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
• Prepare and analyze warehouse performance reports

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in warehouse or inventory management
• Proficiency in WMS and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
• Strong knowledge of UAE warehouse safety standards and logistics operations
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in warehouse management or related field
• Forklift operation experience or certification
• Familiarity with UAE import/export documentation procedures
