Video Monitoring Specialist Full Time

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a CCTV Operator to join our security team. The ideal candidate will be experienced, certified, and capable of ensuring the safety and security of the premises through continuous monitoring and incident management using surveillance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate all surveillance security systems/cameras efficiently in compliance with procedures and regulations.

• Accurately record all events, incidents, and actions in a clear and legible format.

• Respond promptly to radio and telephone communications, offering professional support and assistance.

• Ensure all recorded CCTV footage is handled properly and securely for evidential purposes.

• Report equipment malfunctions promptly to the security supervisor.

• Maintain data security in line with Dubai Police and SIRA regulations.

• Ensure the control room remains secure and operational at all times.

• Perform regular checks on field security officers to ensure duties are carried out properly.

• Work on a rotating shift basis, covering 24/7 operations including weekends and holidays.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Experience in private or commercial security is an advantage.

• Must hold a valid CCTV Operator Certificate issued by SIRA.

• Good understanding of CCTV operations and relevant security protocols.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage time effectively.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.

• Preferably on visit visa or cancelled visa and ready to join immediately.

Additional Information:

• Location: Dubai – candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate prior to starting work.
