URB is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Architect to become part of its dynamic design team in Dubai. The Architect will be responsible for developing strong architectural concepts and transforming them into practical, buildable designs. You will be involved throughout the project lifecycle, working from initial design ideas through detailed development and coordination. This position requires a clear design vision, strong technical understanding, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design original architectural concepts that respond to site conditions, project objectives, and urban context.
• Create precise architectural drawings, detailed layouts, design visuals, and comprehensive technical documents.
• Collaborate with engineers, planners, and consultants to ensure architectural designs align with technical requirements.
• Review and refine designs to maintain consistency, quality, and functionality across all project stages.
• Ensure full compliance with Dubai building codes, regulations, and professional standards.
• Participate in internal design reviews, coordination meetings, and project discussions.
• Contribute to sustainable design approaches that support environmental responsibility and long-term efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
• 3 to 6 years of professional experience in architectural design roles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and architectural visualization software.
• Strong creative thinking with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of modern architectural methods, materials, and sustainability principles.
