Position Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Travel Consultant who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and travel solutions. You will play a crucial role in organizing seamless trips, tailoring packages, and ensuring customer satisfaction from inquiry to return.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and assess customer travel needs through detailed consultation.

  • Provide clients with accurate and comprehensive travel information.

  • Book flights, accommodation, car rentals, and other travel services.

  • Create personalized travel packages within customer budgets and preferences.

  • Stay updated with travel deals, promotions, and special offers.

  • Recommend travel itineraries and suggest value-adding experiences.

  • Process bookings, payments, and generate invoices/receipts.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer preferences and transactions.

  • Handle inquiries and resolve travel-related issues professionally.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, or related field.

  • Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role.

  • Proficiency in global reservation systems such as Amadeus.

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Solid understanding of travel trends, destinations, and logistics.

  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to work independently and travel if needed.

  • Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills.
