Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated TQM Project Management Services Specialist to join our housekeeping and facility management operations team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities

• Implement Total Quality Management policies and procedures across housekeeping operations
• Plan, manage, and monitor housekeeping projects to ensure timely completion
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain service quality standards
• Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements
• Ensure compliance with Dubai’s health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Track operational performance indicators and create comprehensive reports for leadership review.
• Coordinate with supervisors, cleaners, and site managers
• Deliver structured training sessions to employees to ensure adherence to quality standards and operational best practices.
• Manage resources effectively to reduce costs and improve productivity
• Address client feedback and implement corrective actions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor’s qualification in Project Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in housekeeping, facility management, or hospitality operations
• Strong knowledge of Total Quality Management principles
• Excellent project coordination and organizational skills
• Good leadership and communication abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Dubai or UAE-based facilities
• Certification in PMP, Six Sigma, or Quality Management is an advantage
