Job Overview:

Do you have a passion for travel and a talent for sales? Bagerz is looking for a Tourism Sales Specialist to help promote and sell the “most beautiful product in the world” — travel experiences. In this role, you’ll manage exciting destinations, collaborate with international partners, and contribute to marketing and publications, all while sharpening your tourism expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and independently handle designated regions or travel destinations
• Sell travel packages and provide exceptional service to clients
• Collaborate with contractual partners and service providers
• Notify providers of incoming bookings and ensure service coordination
• Contribute to the production of catalogues, advertisements, and promotional materials
• Maintain accurate data in in-house IT systems
• Participate in familiarization (FAM) trips abroad and industry events
• Engage in ongoing training to improve tourism knowledge and personal skills

Job Requirements:

• Strong passion for travel and the tourism industry
• Tourism qualification preferred (motivated career changers are welcome)
• Team-oriented with a high level of customer service
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive
• Confident in digital tools and willing to learn new IT systems
• Excellent written communication and strong English language skills
