As a member of the Emirates Ticketing and Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for providing professional assistance to passengers, handling reservations, ticketing, and travel-related inquiries. You will ensure that every customer receives exceptional service that reflects Emirates’ values of hospitality, efficiency, and excellence. This position requires a strong commitment to quality service, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with ticket reservations, flight changes, and travel inquiries efficiently and courteously.
• Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, and travel requirements.
• Handle payments, issue tickets, and process refunds or changes as per company policies.
• Promote Emirates products, loyalty programs, and special offers to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth travel experiences for passengers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, visa regulations, and travel guidelines.
• Ensure all customer interactions reflect the professionalism and global standards of Emirates Airlines.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Travel, or Hospitality Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in airline ticketing, travel agency, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in airline reservation systems such as Amadeus or Sabre is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
