The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Through School Sports Coach to join our successful primary team. This individual will deliver high-quality coaching sessions and support the physical education curriculum across a wide age and ability range.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver early morning (6:40–7:25 AM) and after school sports training sessions

  • Assist with PE and swimming lessons for younger year groups

  • Lead football coaching and, ideally, contribute to coaching in rugby, basketball, athletics, and volleyball

  • Support the delivery of the PE curriculum during the school day

  • Commit to after school and weekend fixtures, including local and regional tournaments (BSME, WSG, DASSA)

  • Maintain discipline, engagement, and safety during all activities

  • Participate in departmental meetings and assist with administrative duties

  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to support overall student development

  • Uphold UAE cultural values and expectations

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold relevant coaching qualifications

  • Demonstrate a passion for sport and physical education

  • Have experience coaching children across primary age groups

  • Be able to deliver outstanding, engaging sports sessions

  • Work effectively as part of a collaborative team

  • Stay current with developments in sports coaching and education
