Territory Sales Lead Full Time

About the Role:

Van den Bosch is expanding, and we’re looking for a driven and internationally oriented Area Sales Manager to join our Commercial team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for clients in your portfolio and play a critical part in achieving our global growth objectives—especially within the intercontinental bulk transport market.

Working closely with a team of experienced commercial professionals and supported by our Sales Support department, you will manage contracts, quotations, and client relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of international clients in the liquid bulk transport sector
• Acquire new clients and establish long-term business relationships
• Collaborate with Sales Support for contract and quotation management
• Focus on expanding market presence in intercontinental bulk transport
• Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and service levels
• Identify new opportunities and provide strategic input to the commercial team
• Represent Van den Bosch at industry events and networking functions
• Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a commercial/sales role within a liquid bulk transport organization
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
• Based in Dubai or able to work remotely from a SEA (Southeast Asia) country
• Strong commercial mindset with proven persuasive skills
• Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities
• Independent, proactive, and quality-focused
