Job Description:

PK Holidays Home Rentals LLC, a leading provider of short-term accommodation in Dubai, is seeking reliable and flexible Temporary Staff to support operations during high-demand periods. This role is perfect for candidates looking for temporary assignments while gaining experience in hospitality and property management.

The Temporary Staff will assist with daily operations across multiple rental properties. Key responsibilities include supporting guest check-in and check-out processes, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams, responding promptly to guest requests, and ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards. You will work closely with the operations team to deliver seamless guest experiences that reflect the company’s reputation for quality and service.

This position requires adaptability, professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be proactive, well-organized, and have a guest-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist guests during check-in and check-out procedures.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure properties are clean and well-presented.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Monitor property safety, cleanliness, and overall presentation.
• Manage inventory of essential supplies, including linens and toiletries.
• Follow company policies regarding guest privacy, security, and service standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or property support is an advantage.
• Excellent command of English, with any additional languages considered an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable, organized, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Eligible to work in the UAE with a valid work permit or visa.

Contract Type: Temporary Assignment – Dubai
Salary: AED 2,500 – 4,000 per month (depending on experience)
