Overview

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Multi-Skilled Technician to join our facilities team, supporting high-end spas and salons in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in MEP systems and painting, who can ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance for MEP systems, including:
• Electrical systems (DALI lighting control, distribution boards)
• HVAC units and ventilation systems
• Plumbing systems
• Execute high-standard painting and finishing works with attention to aesthetic quality
• Work cooperatively with both internal teams and external service providers
• Respond to emergency call-outs and urgent repair needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Assist the Facilities Supervisor with assigned projects, adhering to safety protocols and risk assessments
• Provide shift-end reports and status updates
• Support other operational needs as directed

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or trade certification in a relevant MEP field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in building maintenance and professional painting
• Solid knowledge of HVAC, lighting control systems (especially DALI), electrical installations, and safety procedures
• Fluency in English and Hindi is required
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Valid UAE driver’s license is required
