We are seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher to join our dynamic team, helping students of diverse backgrounds achieve their full potential.

Role Overview:

As a teacher at Tutoring Club, you will design and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual students or small groups, drawing on real‑world examples and interactive techniques. You will work closely with students to build confidence, deepen understanding, and improve performance across assignments, exams and overall subject mastery. You will also collaborate with colleagues and keep parents updated on student progress, helping foster a vibrant and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to student needs, curriculum level (IGCSE, A‑Level, IB, etc.) and learning styles.
• Deliver engaging and effective instruction in your subject area; monitor and assess student progress, identify strengths and areas for growth.
• Provide regular feedback to students and parents, and maintain accurate records of student achievements and next steps.
• Collaborate with academic staff and leadership to continuously improve teaching methods, supporting innovation in our tutoring practices.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture where students feel challenged and supported, promoting self‑confidence and independent learning.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in your subject area, with evidence of strong subject‑specific knowledge.
• Previous experience teaching or tutoring students in secondary school or higher, ideally across multiple curricula.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills; ability to adapt lessons to varied student needs.
• A genuine passion for helping students succeed academically and grow personally, with a flexible, student‑centred mindset.
• Willingness to engage with professional development and contribute to the college’s educational ethos.
