Teaching Intern & Classroom Support Educator Full Time

BF Training Dubai is expanding its newly designed academic sessions and is looking for motivated Teaching Interns who wish to begin their career in the UAE education sector. This internship is created for fresh graduates and early-career educators to gain practical classroom exposure while working under senior teachers. Interns will play a direct role in supporting modern learning initiatives and student engagement programs.

Key Areas of the Internship

• Lesson Preparation & Assistance:
Teaching interns will assist in preparing daily and weekly lesson material according to the latest curriculum plans. They will help design worksheets, presentations, and practice activities for new student batches. The focus is to understand how professional teachers structure courses and deliver outcome-based learning.

• Classroom Management:

Interns will support lead instructors in maintaining discipline and attendance for newly opened classes. They will observe student behavior, assist during group tasks, and ensure that learners remain focused on academic objectives. This is an important learning component of the new internship role.

• Student Evaluation Support:
The intern will help check assignments, record examination marks, and prepare progress feedback for academic coordinators. Through this process, interns will develop skills in assessing learner performance used in Dubai institutes.

• Communication & Confidence Building:

Interns will interact with multicultural students and practice English speaking guidance. BF Training expects interns to become friendly mentors who encourage participation in new courses.

• Collaboration with Faculty:

Participation in teacher meetings and training workshops is part of this internship. Interns will contribute ideas for new classroom activities and digital learning tools.

Eligibility Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Science, Mathematics, Computer Studies, or related subject.
• Experience: Prior tutoring or volunteer teaching is helpful but not required as this is a new role.
• Skills: Strong English communication, presentation confidence, time planning, and teamwork ability.
• Mindset: Passion for teaching career in Dubai and willingness to learn modern pedagogy.

Salary Package

• Internship Stipend: AED 3,000 – 3,800 per month, depending on qualification and interview performance.
