Key Responsibilities

  • Support teachers in the delivery of high-quality lessons, ensuring pupil safety and engagement.

  • Assist pupils, including those with additional needs, during classroom activities and ensure access to learning.

  • Prepare and organize lesson materials and resources.

  • Provide feedback and updates to teachers on student progress.

  • Promote good behaviour and encourage pupil interaction and participation.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and encouraging learning environment.

  • Supervise pupils during non-classroom activities such as lunch and break times.

  • Support the creation of engaging displays and learning visuals.

  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to plan and deliver learning experiences.

Candidate Requirements

  • Nationality: UAE Nationals only (mandatory)

  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning and development.

  • Experience in a classroom setting or similar role is desirable.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
