Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our growing academic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will support teachers in delivering effective lessons, maintaining a productive classroom atmosphere, and providing individual assistance to students as needed.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting both teachers and learners to ensure smooth day-to-day classroom operations. You will help prepare teaching materials, assist with classroom management, and contribute to lesson activities that encourage creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration among students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in planning and implementing engaging lessons.
• Provide one-on-one or small group academic support to students who need extra help.
• Prepare and organize classroom resources, materials, and displays.
• Supervise students during lessons, breaks, and activities to ensure safety and discipline.
• Support students with special learning needs and promote inclusion in the classroom.
• Monitor student progress and report observations to teachers or coordinators.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and motivating learning environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience working in a school or childcare setting is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about education and student development.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a teaching team.
