Teaching Assistant – Beyond Basketball Full Time

Beyond Basketball is currently looking for a dedicated and responsible Teaching Assistant to support its learning and development programs in Dubai. The Teaching Assistant will work closely with instructors to ensure students receive the guidance, support, and supervision needed to succeed.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist teachers during lessons, training sessions, and educational activities
• Support students with classroom tasks, exercises, and group activities
• Help prepare lesson materials, teaching aids, and activity equipment
• Supervise students during sessions, breaks, and transitions
• Maintain classroom organization and ensure a clean, safe learning space
• Provide additional support to students who require individual attention
• Encourage positive behavior, cooperation, and respect among learners
• Monitor student participation and report observations to the lead instructor
• Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and educational standards

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience as a teaching assistant, classroom support, or child-focused role is preferred
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proven ability to positively engage, assist, and manage children and young learners in a structured learning setting.
