The Support Services Agent will serve as the first point of contact for employees at Dubai World Central, managing administrative tasks and coordinating support service activities. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure smooth operations.
Manage employee support desk activities, providing administrative assistance to staff and managers
Coordinate document handling, ID/pass distribution, and inventory management
Respond to employee needs regarding supplies, support services, and issue resolution
Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks to support daily DWC operations
Guide employees on internal regulations and safety procedures
Liaise with key departments including HR, Local Affairs, Uniform Stores, and Central Recruitment
Assist with escalations related to uniforms, personal protective equipment (PPE), and ID/pass issues
Education: High School Certificate or Diploma in Office Management (12 years of schooling)
Experience: 0–2 years in administration, preferably in aviation or a multinational company
Language: Proficient in English (spoken and written)
Tech Skills: Basic MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Licenses: UAE driving license required to gain Airside Driving Permit (ADP)
