Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive the growth of our studio. You will be responsible for attracting clients, managing bookings, coordinating with the production team, and building long-term relationships within Dubai’s creative community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies targeting podcasters, creative agencies, and brands.
  • Manage studio bookings and schedules to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the production team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify partnership opportunities and collaborations to increase studio visibility.
  • Assist in shaping pricing packages, promotions, and membership programs.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on leads and conversions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in media, production, or creative industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Passionate about podcasts, storytelling, and the creative sector.
  • Knowledge of Dubai’s creative scene is an advantage.
  • Positive, motivated, and self-driven attitude.
