About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Chemistry Teacher with specialized expertise in IIT-JEE/NEET preparation to join our premier educational institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction across multiple curricula while mentoring students to achieve academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Core Teaching Functions

• Deliver comprehensive Chemistry instruction for CBSE, IGCSE, and IB curricula (Grades 8-12)
• Provide specialized coaching for IIT-JEE and NEET entrance examinations
• Conduct regular classes, doubt-clearing sessions, and remedial programs
• Design and implement daily practice worksheets, test papers, and assignments

Curriculum Development

• Create and refine IIT-JEE/NEET-specific study materials
• Enhance existing resources to optimize learning outcomes
• Develop differentiated content for varying student abilities

Academic Leadership

• Ensure syllabus completion within stipulated timelines
• Maintain transparent communication with students, parents, and management
• Participate actively in institutional events and professional development initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Mandatory:
• Engineering Graduate OR
• Postgraduate degree in Chemistry (M.Sc./M.Phil)

Experience

• 2-5+ years of proven experience teaching:
• IIT-JEE/NEET Chemistry
• CBSE/IGCSE/IB curricula
• Demonstrated ability to create high-impact learning materials
