About the Role

An established domestic-staffing platform in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Domestic Staffing Consultant to join its growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced service environment, enjoys matchmaking between skilled domestic workers and households, and has a strong commitment to quality service. You will be responsible for managing candidate and client relationships, screening and matching candidates (maids, nannies, cooks, drivers) to client needs, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial enquiry through hire.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough screening and verification of domestic staff candidates: assess visa status, employment history, skills, references, and suitability for household roles.
• Build and maintain an updated, accurate candidate database with profiles including experience, availability, expected salary and role preferences.
• Liaise with clients to understand the specific staffing requirements of their households (live-in/live-out, part-time/full-time, special skills such as newborn care or elderly assistance).
• Present a curated shortlist of candidates to clients, arrange interviews or trials, gather feedback, and guide the selection process through to placement.
• Collaborate with internal operations (visa/immigration, contract management) to support onboarding of selected staff, ensuring compliance with UAE labour/domestic worker regulations.
• Maintain strong candidate-care and client-care relationships for repeat business and referrals; monitor placements for performance and satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of placements, follow up on satisfaction, and contribute ideas to improve service delivery, operational efficiency and client experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in recruitment, customer service or placement agency field – experience in domestic staffing or hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to build rapport with both clients (home-owners) and domestic staff candidates from different cultural backgrounds.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple profiles and client requests simultaneously.
• Good working knowledge of the UAE domestic staffing market, visa/sponsorship processes and labour rules preferable.
• Manual fluency in English essential; Arabic or other languages would be an advantage.
• Service-driven mindset with a professional, ethical approach to matching candidates and clients, respecting confidentiality and cultural sensitivities.
