Role Overview
The Higher-Level Learning Support Assistant plays a vital role in:

Supporting academic, emotional, and social development of students

Collaborating closely with teaching staff to provide high-quality support and interventions

Handling administrative duties to ensure smooth learning support operations

Ideal Candidate Requirements

Previous relevant experience as a Learning Support Assistant, ideally in international schools

Outstanding English communication skills (spoken and written)

Excellent time management and ability to complete administrative tasks efficiently

Commitment to continuous professional development and further training

Strong interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for working with young people

Friendly, honest, professional demeanor

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online teaching platforms (MS Teams, Zoom, Seesaw)
