To enhance our client experience, we are looking for a Software Trainer who can effectively train users, resolve queries, and ensure smooth software adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct software training sessions for new and existing clients.
• Provide technical assistance and resolve user queries through calls, emails, or remote sessions.
• Prepare and maintain user manuals, training videos, and other learning materials.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions.
• Collaborate with technical and support teams to escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
• Conduct refresher or follow-up training sessions to ensure client satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in Commerce (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles is required.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam (mandatory).
• Confident using remote support tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, or AnyDesk.
• Prior training or teaching experience is preferred but not essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a customer-focused approach.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in training or a related field.
• Language proficiency: English, Hindi, Malayalam (Required).
• Ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions both in person and online.
