Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, client-focused Flight Care Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. You will be the primary point of contact for our high-end clientele and play a key role in delivering bespoke travel experiences while ensuring exceptional service throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, maintaining professional, prompt, and clear communication
• Understand client preferences and expectations to build trust and long-term relationships
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information with empathy and precision

Operational & Service Coordination

• Oversee end-to-end flight care logistics including flight schedule monitoring, ground operations, and safety protocols
• Coordinate and oversee premium in-flight catering arrangements based on client preferences
• Ensure seamless coordination with the Sales team to meet and exceed service delivery standards
• Manage and organize commercial flight tickets and hotel accommodations for staff and crew

Internal Collaboration

• Work closely with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Marketing) to ensure consistency in service delivery
• Maintain accurate and updated flight and client account details

Candidate Profile

Minimum Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a client service or hospitality role
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages such as Spanish or French are a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and flexible attitude
• Able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Willingness to work shift schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Currently residing in Dubai, or willing to relocate
• Preferred Experience
• Background in private aviation or luxury hospitality
• Familiarity with aviation operations, constraints, and safety standards
• Demonstrated success in managing high-profile or VIP clients
