Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Visa Typist with strong knowledge of UAE visa processes and immigration systems. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient in data entry, and experienced in handling various visa applications through official UAE portals.
Key Responsibilities:

Typing visa and immigration applications using Smart Channels, GDRFA, ICP, and DHA systems

Updating visa records, tracking statuses, and communicating with clients

Maintaining a visa expiry log and sending renewal notifications

Scanning and digitizing documents for processing

Ensuring data accuracy and maintaining confidentiality

Filing and tracking all immigration documents

Responding to guest/client inquiries regarding visa requirements

Supporting administrative and data entry tasks

Ensuring compliance with UAE immigration rules and internal procedures
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Proficient in UAE visa application systems: Smart Channels, GDRFA, ICP, DHA

Excellent typing speed and attention to detail

Fluent in Arabic (mandatory) and good English communication skills

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
