Key Responsibilities:

• Passenger Check-in Assistance: counters par documents verification, seat allocation aur special service requests handle karna.
• Boarding Operations Support: gate par queue management, priority passengers ki madad aur waqt par boarding mukammal karwana.
• Baggage Coordination: lost & found cases, weight compliance aur ground handling teams ke sath rabta rakhna.
• Customer Inquiry Handling: flights, terminals, lounges, aur immigration se mutaliq rehnumai faraham karna.
• Safety Procedure Compliance: airline policies, emergency awareness, aur aviation regulations par sakhti se amal karna.
• Interdepartmental Teamwork: supervisors, security, and technical staff ke sath mil kar smooth operations chalana.

Salary & Benefits:

Competitive Salary: AED 4,800 – AED 7,000 per month (position ke mutabiq).
