Suresh Security Services is seeking committed and vigilant Security Guards to join its expanding security operations in Dubai. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining safety, discipline, and order within professional environments. The Security Guard will be responsible for safeguarding people, property, and assets while ensuring that all assigned locations remain secure at all times.

As a Security Guard, you will serve as a key point of control and observation at client premises. Your role will require constant alertness, strong situational awareness, and the ability to act responsibly in routine as well as unexpected situations. You will be expected to follow company policies, security procedures, and local regulations while performing your duties with professionalism and integrity. This role demands reliability, physical readiness, and a calm mindset, especially during high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure a safe and controlled environment.
• Monitor entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access to the premises.
• Observe activities within the area and identify any unusual or suspicious behavior.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to security incidents or emergency situations.
• Follow established safety procedures and report incidents to supervisors accurately.
• Maintain detailed daily logs, reports, and records of security activities.
• Assist visitors, employees, and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with company rules and site-specific security requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a security-related role is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Physically fit with the ability to stand, patrol, and remain alert for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
