Position Summary

This role is about more than just serving meals — it’s about creating memorable guest experiences. As a Guest Service Expert, you will interact with guests, manage table setups, communicate with the kitchen, and ensure cleanliness and organization in the workspace. You will be a key part of delivering a seamless and personalized dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and clear tables

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely, courteous manner
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining and service areas
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service team
• Follow safety and sanitation policies
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold hotel service standards
• Assist guests with menu selections and ensure guest satisfaction

Physical & Workplace Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 25 lbs independently; up to 50 lbs with help), bend, and move for extended periods
• Work over sloped or uneven surfaces
• Read and verify menu information

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Less than 1 year of related F&B service experience preferred
• Licenses/Certifications: Not required
• Supervisory Experience: None
