Senior Care Nurse Full Time

Position Summary:

Malaak is seeking a compassionate and experienced Elderly Care Nurse to join our in-home care team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a nursing graduate or a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong background in elderly care. This role is well-suited for individuals who value patient-centered care and are committed to enhancing the quality of life for seniors in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct Elderly Care: Deliver compassionate, high-quality care, including assistance with personal hygiene, mobility, daily activities, and meal preparation. Monitor vital signs and address basic healthcare needs.

Care Planning: Work collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals to design and implement individualized care plans based on each client’s unique needs.

Patient & Family Education: Provide guidance on elder care techniques, use of medical equipment, and long-term care practices to family members and caregivers.

Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe, hygienic environment in line with health standards and ensure accurate documentation of care activities.

Qualifications:

Education:

Nursing graduate (Bachelor’s degree or diploma) or

Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in elderly care or a similar healthcare setting.

Skills & Competencies:

In-depth knowledge of elder care, chronic condition management, and in-home caregiving techniques

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate, patient, and reliable

Ability to work independently in a home-based environment
