Your Opportunity:
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will report to the Area Manager UAE and play a key role in driving store performance. You will be accountable for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, clienteling, and ensuring retail excellence. When the Area Manager is absent, you will be responsible for the store’s operations.
How You Will Contribute:

Sales Management: Achieve daily sales targets through strategic planning, team direction, and effective execution. Partner with the Store Manager (SM) to plan and drive sales activities.

Team Coaching & Development:

Coach store staff daily by providing feedback and monitoring their behavior.

Support the development of sales team members through regular feedback and motivation.

Identify and nurture talent within the team, helping to implement specific development plans.

Foster teamwork, facilitate newcomers’ induction, and handle any team-related issues.

Clienteling:

Manage clienteling activities and ensure high-quality customer service.

Leverage clienteling tools to maximize customer relationships and drive sales.

Sales Analysis:

Analyze sales reports and KPIs with the Store Manager to define action plans, execute them, and follow up on results.

Store Operations:

Ensure balanced floor coverage and zoning, while organizing activities and distributing responsibilities efficiently.

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth stock management and tailoring room operations.

Who You Are:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience:
-
At least 5 years in a retail position in luxury boutiques.

At least 2 years of experience in people management.

Strong customer orientation.

Coaching and talent development skills.

Excellent planning and organizational abilities.

High sales drive and flexibility.

Language: Fluent in English and the local language; additional languages are a plus.
