Security Team Member – Dubai Full Time

About the Role:

As a Security Officer at Reliance Force Security, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, security, and peace of mind of our clients. Working within a dynamic, deeply professional team, you’ll be responsible for safeguarding residential, commercial, retail, industrial, and construction sites. You will serve as the first line of defence, maintaining high standards of vigilance, customer service, and proactive incident management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols and monitoring of assigned premises, including interiors and exterior perimeters, to identify and report hazards or suspicious activities.
• Maintain a visible and approachable presence; greet and assist visitors, check access credentials, and respond to enquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
• Control access and egress – managing visitor logs, ensuring only authorised personnel enter secure zones, and promptly escalating any access breaches.
• Monitor CCTV systems, alarm panels, and other security equipment; respond swiftly to activation events, investigate incidents, and record findings.
• Prepare timely written incident reports, maintain logbooks, and liaise with management or external emergency services when required.
• Support clients’ safety programmes by guiding evacuation procedures, fire drills, or emergency response actions as part of the security team.
• Uphold the company’s code of conduct, acting as a model of integrity, reliability and customer‑oriented service at all times.

Requirements & Skills:

• Prior experience as a security guard or officer is preferred; current certification/licensing (in Dubai) is a plus.
• Excellent observational skills, the ability to stay alert over long shifts, and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong command of English; extra languages will enhance your candidacy.
• Comfortable working rotating shifts, weekends and nights, depending on client needs.
• Professional appearance, a strong sense of accountability, and a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
