Security Guard – Magnum Security Dubai Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a highly visible security presence at assigned sites to deter unauthorised access, theft, vandalism, and other security risks; monitor site entrances, patrol assigned areas, and maintain situational awareness.
• Verify and process visitor and contractor access, check identification, manage sign‑in/out procedures, and control movement as per client‑specific protocols.
• Operate CCTV systems, alarm panels, and other monitoring equipment, promptly respond to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, and coordinate with the on‑site control room or emergency services.
• Prepare daily reports and logs of patrol rounds, security incidents, observations, and any maintenance or safety concerns; hand over reports during shift transition to ensure continuity.
• Collaborate with the client’s team as well as internal supervisors to ensure adherence to security SOPs, compliance with regulatory standards, and a safe working environment.
• Remain alert and responsive throughout shift duties, adjusting to the dynamic nature of security site operations and prioritising tasks based on risk.
• Attend training sessions, maintain valid licensing and certification, and contribute to continuous improvement of site procedures and security effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certifications preferred.
• Prior experience in manned guarding, residential, commercial, or industrial site security is an advantage; familiarity with UAE/ Dubai regulations is a plus.
• Good command of English (verbal and written); additional language skills (e.g., Arabic, Hindi) are beneficial.
• Professional appearance, disciplined attitude, integrity, and high levels of reliability and punctuality.
• Strong observational skills, calm under pressure, ability to follow instructions, and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, nights, and weekends, depending on site requirements.

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive full‑time salary for security guard roles in Dubai; typical range AED 5,000 to AED 7,500 per month, depending on experience, licensing, and site complexity.
