Shine Square Building Contracting LLC is seeking reliable and professional Security Guards to join its operations in Dubai. This is a full-time employment opportunity, designed for individuals who are serious about building a long-term career in site security and facility protection. The role is not an internship. Security Guards will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and disciplined environment across construction sites, offices, and company-managed properties.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of construction sites, offices, and assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access and safety risks.
• Monitor entry and exit points to ensure only approved staff, visitors, and contractors are allowed access.
• Maintain daily security reports and incident records in a clear and professional manner.
• Identify potential safety hazards and immediately inform site management for corrective action.
• Respond effectively to emergencies such as fire alerts, medical situations, or security breaches.
• Safeguard company equipment, materials, and property against theft or damage.
• Enforce company rules, safety standards, and site regulations consistently.
• Provide courteous assistance to visitors and employees while maintaining professional conduct at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience as a security guard in construction sites, residential buildings, or commercial properties is preferred.
• Physically fit and capable of standing or walking for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of security operations, emergency procedures, and safety practices.
• Good communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Security training or certification in accordance with UAE regulations is considered a plus.
