Security Guard – Immediate Hiring Full Time

Position Overview

We are urgently hiring Security Guards to join our team in Hatta, Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals who are physically fit, highly alert, and experienced in maintaining a safe and secure environment. Candidates currently on visit visa and available to join immediately will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned premises to prevent unauthorized access and ensure overall safety.

• Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and alarms according to established protocols.

• Enforce site-specific rules and company procedures to maintain order.

• Inspect the property for any security threats, safety risks, or irregularities.

• Manage access points by verifying identification and issuing visitor passes.

• Operate and monitor surveillance equipment; report any malfunctions.

• Prepare daily reports detailing shift activities, incidents, or unusual occurrences.

• Assist with evacuations, safety drills, and emergency response efforts.

• Cooperate with law enforcement or emergency services when required.

• Ensure compliance with SIRA certification standards and security procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of security guard experience (UAE or home country).

• Physical Fitness: Able to stand or patrol for extended hours; good stamina and health.

• Communication Skills: Fluency in English and Hindi is essential; Arabic is an added advantage.

• Vigilance: High level of alertness, attention to detail, and the ability to assess risks quickly.

• Certification: SIRA certificate preferred (or willingness to obtain it if not already certified).
