About the Role:

Blue Diamond Group is a leading facility‑management and integrated services provider in the UAE, delivering comprehensive soft‑ and hard‑services including security, cleaning, maintenance, and access control across commercial, residential, and industrial sites.
We are seeking a vigilant and professional Security Guard responsible for protecting people, property, and assets on site, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our clients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular patrols and inspections of designated areas (buildings, grounds, entry/exit points) to detect and deter potential security risks.
• Monitor access and egress of persons, vehicles, and deliveries, verifying credentials and maintaining logs of all entries, exits, and incidents.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, emergencies, disturbances, or suspicious activities; coordinate with internal teams and emergency services if required.
• Conduct routine security checks, report hazards or breaches, and initiate corrective actions in line with company and client protocols.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of incidents, observations, and daily shift reports; submit to the Security Supervisor.
• Enforce company policies, client site regulations, and UAE industrial‑security guidelines; assist in ensuring compliance with health, safety, and fire‑protection standards.
• Provide courteous and professional assistance to visitors, employees, and contractors; act as a visible and trusted presence reflecting Blue Diamond Group’s values of professionalism and reliability.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Previous experience in a security‑guard, loss‑prevention, or access‑control role (preferably 1–3 years) in commercial, residential, or facility‑management settings.
• Valid UAE security guard certification or willingness to undergo training/licensing as required.
• Good physical fitness, alertness, and ability to remain attentive throughout long shifts.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Integrity, reliability, and a calm-under-pressure attitude.
• Basic computer skills for log-book entries and incident-reporting software.
