Job Description:

Salwaty Home Health Care L.L.C is a professional home healthcare provider in Dubai, dedicated to delivering high-quality, safe, and compassionate nursing services to patients in their homes. We are currently seeking qualified and caring Registered Nurses to join our healthcare team and support patients with diverse medical needs.

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to patients in a home-care environment while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and patient safety. This role involves caring for elderly patients, post-operative cases, and individuals with chronic or long-term medical conditions. Nurses must demonstrate strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centered approach to care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care to patients at home according to approved medical care plans.
• Monitor patient health conditions, record vital signs, and observe any changes in health status.
• Safely prepare and deliver prescribed medications, injections, wound management, and essential nursing procedures in accordance with approved clinical standards.
• Assist patients with daily living activities, including mobility, personal hygiene, and feeding when required.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential patient records and nursing documentation.
• Educate patients and family members on medications, treatment plans, and proper home care practices.
• Follow infection control guidelines, safety procedures, and ethical nursing standards at all times.
• Communicate effectively with doctors, supervisors, and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s qualification in Nursing obtained from an accredited and recognized educational institution.
• Valid DHA nursing license or eligibility to obtain one in Dubai.
• Previous experience in home healthcare or hospital nursing is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills with a compassionate and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle responsibilities confidently.

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,500, depending on experience and qualifications.
