Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive / Course Advisor to join our admissions team. This role is essential in guiding prospective students through their enrollment journey, understanding their goals, and matching them with the right courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively contact and follow up with potential leads via calls, emails, and walk-ins
• Advise prospective students on available courses, certification options, and career outcomes
• Conduct one-on-one consultations to assess student goals and recommend suitable programs
• Close course enrollments using a consultative, student-focused sales approach
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions in the CRM system
• Track and report on individual sales targets, performance metrics, and lead status
• Support marketing and outreach efforts when needed
• Requirements
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, admissions, or educational consulting (experience in the beauty or wellness sector is a plus)
• Excellent spoken and written English; knowledge of Tagalog or Arabic is an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
• A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a passion for helping others
• Interest or background in the beauty or wellness industry is preferred

Compensation

• Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 4,500 per month (based on experience)
• Additional performance-based incentives available
