Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support & Procurement Coordinator to assist our sales team with day-to-day operations, ensure smooth order processing, manage vendor communications, and support procurement processes. The ideal candidate will serve as the vital link between internal teams, customers, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Order Management

• Verify accuracy of customer purchase orders and coordinate with sales to resolve discrepancies.
• Manage all pre-order activities and ensure timely issuance of purchase orders for non-stock items.
• Monitor and report on pending or high-priority POs to the relevant managers.
• Follow up with suppliers for order confirmations and delivery schedules.

Sales Coordination

• Generate sales orders in compliance with company processes and checklists.
• Ensure FOC (Free of Charge) orders have the necessary approvals from management.
• Track and log LWF orders and update the ERP system accordingly.
• Support the sales team by managing documentation, order tracking, and communications to enhance efficiency.

Vendor Communication

• Liaise with suppliers regarding stock availability, shipments, and other inquiries.
• Address any order changes, cancellations, or delivery issues with vendors.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or customer concerns in coordination with vendors.
• Review and validate vendor order confirmations for accuracy and terms compliance.

Administrative Duties

• Escalate identified issues to team leadership when necessary.
• Respond to internal inquiries and contribute to cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain clear and professional communication both internally and externally.
• Support departmental goals and provide assistance across teams as needed.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Experience: 3–4 years of relevant experience in procurement or sales coordination

Skills:

• Strong understanding of procurement processes, supply chain operations, and ERP systems
• Proficiency in handling LPOs, POs, vendor follow-ups, and order processing
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Location: Must be currently based in Bahrain and willing to relocate to UAE – Dubai
• Visa: Willingness to transfer to the company visa
