Sales Proposal Specialist Full Time

About the Role:

Otis is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Support Estimation Executive to support the New Equipment Sales team in pricing, technical coordination, and contract administration. The ideal candidate will collaborate across departments to develop cost-effective, accurate proposals for elevator and escalator projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Sales Engineers with estimations and administrative tasks.
• Review customer contracts and accurately book them into Otis internal systems.
• Interpret customer and standard installation drawings for project requirements.
• Estimate materials, labor hours, tools, and transportation costs based on project specifications.
• Coordinate with Otis factories and internal teams to gather accurate technical and commercial information.
• Prepare pricing documentation and ensure margin calculations are aligned with company standards.
• Submit technical and commercial proposals, compliance statements, and support documentation.
• Maintain all sales and contract records using tools such as E-Logistic.
• Track contract terms and conditions and ensure complete documentation.
• Generate and analyze monthly reports for trends and performance metrics.
• Attend client meetings if necessary to support sales and project discussions.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales support, estimation, engineering coordination, or a related technical field.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using internal tools for contract and cost management.
• Experience in the elevator/escalator or construction industry is a plus.
