About the Role

Join the prestigious JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai, located in the heart of Business Bay on Sheikh Zayed Road. As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will support the hotel’s sales and marketing efforts through administrative excellence, creative contribution, and consistent service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the execution and tracking of marketing campaigns and hotel promotions
• Coordinate sales activities, appointments, and events with clients
• Handle administrative duties such as document preparation, reports, and data entry
• Communicate with departments to ensure campaign alignment and brand consistency
• Maintain marketing materials, social media platforms, and CRM databases
• Support in organizing client meetings, media visits, and promotional events
• Uphold the Marriott brand’s high standard of service and professionalism

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales support, hospitality, or marketing is preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Team player with a proactive attitude
• Able to work full-time in Dubai (48 hours per week)
