Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a proactive and energetic Sales Executive to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to deliver outstanding results under minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, client meetings, and networking.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure long-term success.
• Understand client needs and provide customized product or service recommendations.
• Present sales proposals and negotiate contracts in a professional and persuasive manner.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to improve sales performance.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market developments for management review.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the UAE market.
• Strong English communication skills; knowledge of Arabic or Urdu is an advantage.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships effectively.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented with a positive attitude.

• Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 7,000 per month (plus commission and performance bonuses).
