We’re expanding our dynamic sales team and looking for an ambitious Sales Executive who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and growing within a fast-paced, creative environment.

Job Overview:

As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving the company’s growth by generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored marketing solutions. You’ll act as a bridge between clients and creative teams to ensure projects exceed expectations while achieving individual and team sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and convert potential clients across key sectors such as retail, hospitality, real estate, and corporate events.
• Develop persuasive proposals and customized presentations that highlight The Hanging House’s creative capabilities.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company goals and profit margins.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and project execution.
• Build long-term partnerships by offering ongoing client support and identifying opportunities for repeat business.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to help refine sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in marketing, events, or creative services.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven with a positive attitude.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic or another language is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory.
