Job Description:

As a Sales Executive at OnCall, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and building lasting client relationships. You will represent the company’s services, understand customer needs, and create tailored solutions that meet business objectives. The position requires strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads through research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and propose relevant OnCall solutions.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets within set deadlines.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to enhance sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development (preferably in contact center or outsourcing services).
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with UAE market dynamics will be an advantage.
