Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and engage prospective clients within Dubai and the wider MENA region who can benefit from Brand Lounge’s services in brand strategy, design, and culture transformation.
• Develop sales outreach plans, lead qualification, client meetings, and presentations to showcase the consultancy’s capabilities and the value of our differentiated approach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understand their business challenges, and tailor proposals that align with their brand development needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, culture) to prepare customised proposals, pricing, service packages, and ensure a smooth hand‑over once the contract is won.
• Conduct market research, track competitor activities, monitor industry trends in branding and marketing services, and feed insights into the sales and service development process.
• Meet defined sales targets and KPIs, manage sales pipeline in CRM, generate reports for senior management, and contribute to forecasting and growth initiatives.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client receptions, promoting Brand Lounge’s thought‑leadership and strengthening its presence in the consultancy landscape.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 2‑4 years of experience in B2B service sales, preferably within branding, creative agency, consultancy, marketing, or professional services.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills; confident in pitching to senior clients.
• Excellent command of English; additional language skills (Arabic) are an advantage.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work autonomously while collaborating well with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams professionally and effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, sales reporting, and workflow processes; good analytical mindset to monitor performance and optimise sales activities.

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive full‑time salary aligned with Dubai consultancy market standards; expected range AED 10,000 to AED 15,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
