Sales Development Representative Full Time

Job Summary:

LIFT Enrichment is looking for a motivated and confident Cold Caller to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for individuals with sales experience or a background in call centers who enjoy engaging with people. As a Cold Caller, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to local clinics, introduce them to our consulting services, and schedule them for a Clinic Assist Growth Session with our founder, Eric Horwitz.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make cold calls to clinics in Dubai, introducing them to our consulting services

  • Schedule meetings for Eric Horwitz (founder & CEO)

  • Assist with follow-ups after meetings

  • Guide leads through the sales process and assist in overcoming objections

  • Answer questions and address concerns from prospective clients

  • Maintain accurate records of calls and meetings

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in cold calling or sales (call center experience is a plus)

  • Comfortable speaking with new people over the phone and occasionally in-person

  • Highly organized, energetic, and results-driven

  • Based in Dubai
