Rooms Division Runner Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver requested items to guest rooms and assist other departments such as Housekeeping, Engineering, Banquets, and the Front Office.
• Ensure smooth and efficient support across the hotel.
• Maintain professional appearance and behavior at all times.
• Follow all safety, security, and company protocols.
• Be physically capable of moving, lifting, pushing, or pulling items up to 25 kg.
• Navigate stairs, service ramps, and tight spaces as required.
• Perform tasks with attention to detail and a sense of urgency.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
• No prior work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Physically fit and able to perform duties on foot for extended periods.

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced hotel setting focused on guest satisfaction.
• Interdepartmental support role requiring flexibility and teamwork.
• Includes working shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
