About the Role:
A multi-award-winning architecture and design consultancy in Dubai is seeking an experienced Revit Architect to support high-profile hospitality, residential, and high-rise projects across the UAE and MENA region. This is a contract role for 3–6 months with potential for extension, ideal for professionals with strong regional experience and expertise in concept to detailed design using Revit.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural designs in Revit, from concept through to tender stage.

Work collaboratively with internal design teams and evaluate drafts, 3D models, and deliverables.

Coordinate closely with Structural and MEP engineers to ensure aligned output.

Create detailed drawings and documentation.

Present design proposals and bid documents to clients, clearly communicating goals and deliverables.

Formulate design concepts from client briefs and work under the guidance of the Director.

Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and construction techniques.

Mentor junior designers within the team.

Lead schematic design processes and ensure integrity through all project phases.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture

Minimum 4 years of architectural experience (at least 1 year in the UAE)

Experience with well-recognized architectural consultancies (not contractors)

Software proficiency required:

Autodesk Revit (essential)

Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape (preferred)

Strong background in conceptualizing and creatively designing new-build residential, hospitality, and high-rise structures

Experience across concept, schematic, and detailed design stages
