Overview

Bagerz, a dynamic and forward-thinking organization, is seeking a motivated and experienced Flagship Store Project Manager to lead the expansion of our retail footprint. This role is critical in identifying new locations, managing the full store development process, and ensuring successful openings aligned with our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure optimal locations for new flagship stores aligned with company strategy
• Oversee the entire construction and setup process, including coordination with real estate agents, designers, contractors, and suppliers
• Ensure timely acquisition of permits and compliance with all contractual obligations
• Collaborate with internal departments including Marketing, HR, IT, and Logistics to ensure seamless store openings
• Manage project timelines and budgets using tools like Asana
• Evaluate store performance post-opening and recommend improvements to enhance results

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in the sports or outdoor equipment retail segment
• Strong background in retail/sales operations
• Ability to negotiate and coordinate with a variety of stakeholders including real estate firms, architects, and vendors
• Proficient in project management tools and budgeting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized
