Job Purpose:

The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, assisting clients on the shop floor, and ensuring operational efficiency to drive sales and enhance the brand’s image.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers promptly, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
• Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and recommending alternatives to maximize sales.
• Handle all transactions efficiently and accurately using the cash register.
• Replenish and arrange shop displays and ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Receive and inspect new stock, maintain inventory accuracy, and report issues.
• Assist in inventory counts and identify slow-moving or unavailable products.
• Ensure timely reporting of incidents or maintenance needs.
• Specific to Fashion: Take garment measurements for alterations when required.
• Specific to Multimedia/Sports: Maintain product displays based on trends and manager recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma
• Experience: 0–1 year in retail sales or customer service
• Language: Fluent in English
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Additional (as applicable):

• Strong communication and adaptability skills
• Energetic and action-oriented
